This is a great opportunity to manage, run and mentor a team of scientists in the expanding team, as well as developing as an individual and contribute to the success of client projects.
This team leader will lead a multi-functional team of three with responsibility for culture, gene editing, and differentiation of iPSC for our service projects. The successful candidate will be an active leader of the team and participate in laboratory-based activities. This role would involve some initial interaction with the clients to understand the project, assisting with the drafting of scope of work documents, but primarily the in-lab supervision of the project conduct and final reporting. Typically, this position would be a 60:40 split between lab and office responsibilities and would therefore suit someone with previous line management experience, looking to step up to a team leader role.
