We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrative Assistant to remotely join our commercial team. The individual will be responsible for providing operational support to sales personnel, processing orders, and liaising between departments. The aim of this role is to provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from enquiry to receiving correct products, pricing, and relevant invoices. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Salesforce CRM database, making sure it is kept up to date, adding new leads/opportunities and generating relevant reports on a monthly basis.
This position would suit someone who has at least 1 year of administrative experience for a life science related company, holds great communication skills, and has previous experience of using a CRM database such as Salesforce.
