In this poster, we showcase the development of a 2D co-culture model using iPSC-derived hepatocytes (Ulti-HEP) and hepatic stellate cells (Ulti-HSC) to study Metabolic-dysfunction Associated Steatohepatitis (MASH) in vitro. The model demonstrates stable co-culture of both cell types, with expression of relevant hepatic and stellate cell markers. When treated with fatty acids, the system recapitulates key MASH features—steatosis and fibrosis—which can be reversed pharmacologically, offering a physiologically relevant and scalable platform for disease modeling and therapeutic screening.
